Summer Festival

A camp to let you:

v Get to know yourself better.

v Put peanut butter in your armpits.

v Listen to famous speakers.

v Come to know your faith.

The Info:

6^th – 8^th grade - Mankato, MN, June 27^th – July 1^st

9^th – 12^th grade – Menomonie, WI, July 18^th – 23^rd

The Cost:

$300 for middle school

$330 for high school

(This includes all your food for the week, your room, and we will be fundraising before we leave.)

Why:

Summer Festival cannont be put into words. It is a week that, if you let, might change your life. You will be on a college campus with hundreds of other youth your age hungry to have fun, get to know you, and learn more about their faith. It is a week of music, laughter, dancing, singing, and life.

Fundraising has already begun. Our next Summer Fest meeting is on March 20^th. A $50 deposit is due on March 21^st.

A Typical Day at Camp

Daily Schedue

7:30-8:30am Breakfast

9:15-10:30am Field

v Usually games played outdoors in a large group.

11:00-12:00pm Club

v Club is the time the groups come together to sing, dance, and listen to a speaker.

1:15-2:30pm Field

v Back outside to do activities of your choice and get to know more people!

4:00-5:00pm Seminars

v Choose from a variety of seminars on substance abuse, dating, and many others.

7:30-9:15pm Club

v The night time is the right time and it gets crazy!

10:30-11:45pm Special Event

v Yes, it’s a surprise.

12:00am Lights Out
